📦 Order Processing & Shipping
- All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order ships.
- Free shipping is available for all retail U.S. customers.
🚫 Order Cancellation & Refused Deliveries
- Orders cannot be canceled after processing has begun or once shipped.
- To return an item, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via info@teccawheelchairs.com.
- A restocking fee applies.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
📦 Lost Packages
- Report lost packages within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Packages returned without an RMA will not be credited.
- Use a trackable courier for all returns.
🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping
- Rates and options are shown at checkout.
- Carriers: FedEx, UPS, USPS (subject to availability).
- Carriers may call to coordinate delivery.
- In-store pickup available M–F, 9 AM – 5 PM (call ahead).
- Note: Express shipping charges are non-refundable. If a prepaid label is used, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
🌍 International Shipping
- We ship to Canada, Mexico, and other select countries.
- Rates and options shown at checkout.
- Carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, others depending on country.
- Import duties, VAT, and brokerage fees are not covered and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refused international shipments may be abandoned. No refund will be issued.
📬 Shipping to P.O. Boxes
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
🔍 Order Tracking
- Tracking details are sent via email after shipping.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for updates.
- If you haven’t received your package within 5 days of shipping confirmation, email info@teccawheelchairs.com with your order number.
🔁 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
General Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
- Items must be in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, barcodes, and seals intact.
- Refunds issued to the original payment method, minus return shipping and restocking fees.
Damaged Items
- Report damages within 7 days of delivery.
- Email info@teccawheelchairs.com with:
- Order number
- Description and photos
- Note “DAMAGED” on delivery paperwork
- We will arrange inspection and, if approved, send a replacement.
Used Items
- Used items are not eligible for return.
- Warranty replacement may apply if within coverage.
🔄 Return Instructions
- Contact info@teccawheelchairs.com to initiate a return.
- Once approved, we’ll issue a return label and instructions.
- Ship the item using the provided courier.
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Note: Tecca Group LLC is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping. Items not meeting the conditions will be sent back at your expense.
🛠️ Warranty Claims
- Warranty coverage varies by product. See Specs & Warranty on the product page.
- Proof of purchase and serial number are required.
- If valid, we may provide free replacement parts.
- Warranties do not cover labor, misuse, or wear items (brakes, tires, etc.).
If a product is not covered or out of return eligibility, we will notify you and wait for your instructions for 14 days. Without a response, the item will be discarded with no credit issued.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
